How do I know if a product is in stock?
Our current range is presented on the website. If the size you need is not in the drop-down list on the product page, it means that it is currently out of stock. If you have specific requests regarding sizes or availability, please contact our customer service department by phone or email.
How do I choose a suit size online?
It's not difficult. You need to know at least your height and weight. Then we will be happy to advise you by phone or text and accurately select the size.
What size should I choose?
Simply click on the "Size Chart" on any product page. We've listed the actual measurements of each product so you can compare them to your own measurements. If a model has a smaller or larger size standard, this will be indicated in the "Description" tab on the product page.

What guarantee do I have for what I purchased?
Our products come with a legal warranty. In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem with a product you purchased from us, you can contact our customer service representatives or visit one of our stores.
Do you offer fitting for online purchases or personal tailoring for online orders?
We are unable to make any changes to your online purchases before dispatch. To ensure a perfect fit, we recommend that you visit our stores where we can advise on any necessary adjustments. If there is no Andreas Moskin store near you, you can contact your personal tailor.
Delivery and payment
What is the shipping cost?
We do not influence the cost of delivery, it is determined by the carrier's tariffs.
What are the delivery times?
Usually it is 1-2 days.
Exchange and return
You can return or exchange the product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Returns or exchanges are possible under the following conditions:
- No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the order was received.
- The presence of a receipt as confirmation of payment for the goods and delivery.
- Merchandise appearance of items. No traces of use, odors, stains, etc.
- It is mandatory to have inseparable tags, seals, stickers and labels.
When returning or exchanging, all shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
If the above points are not met, the item will not be returned/exchanged. Such clothing will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Do you have a product exchange?
Yes, we will always help you exchange the product within 14 days of receiving the order. Exchange with additional charges or refund is considered individually.
Can I return the product?
Yes, of course. You can return the product within 14 days of receiving the order. The product you are returning must be in the same condition in which you received it - no signs of use, no tags, no odors, and with a receipt.
What is the refund procedure?
Refunds will only be issued after we receive the item. We will inspect the item and if the item meets the return conditions described above, the refund will be processed within 1-3 days.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, you can find them in the appropriate section on our website.
Can I get a discount?
After each purchase, you receive 10% cashback to your bonus account.
These bonuses can be used on subsequent orders.
Accrued bonuses are valid for 1 month from the date of receipt.
When placing an order, you will see the available number of bonuses, you can partially or fully apply them to payment.
The system operates automatically for all clients, no additional conditions or registrations are required.
