Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Ukraine)

- Shipping is available after full prepayment.
- Carriers: Nova Poshta or UkrPoshta.
- Delivery time 1–5 days.
- Dispatch: daily at 17:00 (except Sundays & holidays).
- Tracking number (TTN) is provided after dispatch.
- Orders must be collected within 5 days after arrival at the pickup point.

International Shipping

- International orders are shipped after full payment.
- Carriers: UkrPoshta or any other courier of your choice.
- Delivery time: typically 5–14 business days.
-  Shipping cost depends on weight & destination (calculated individually).
- Tracking number is provided after dispatch.
- Customs duties & taxes (if applicable) are paid by the customer.

Payment Methods

- Offline store payment: cash only.
-  Online payments:
- 100% prepayment to bank card (Monobank / LiqPay).
- Apple Pay at checkout on a website.
- Bank transfer details provided by the manager.

Refunds are issued only to a bank card, regardless of payment method.

Order Processing Time

- Processing & preparation: 1–2 business days.
- Shipping within 48 hours after confirmation.

Damaged Parcel or Questions

If your parcel arrives damaged, open it with the courier present and request a damage report.
