Refund policy

You may return or exchange an item within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

Returns or exchanges are possible under the following conditions:

No more than 14 calendar days have passed since receiving the order.

A receipt confirming payment for the product and delivery is required.

The item must retain its original condition: no signs of use, odors, stains, or other damage.

All original tags, seals, stickers, and labels must remain intact and undamaged.

In case of a return or exchange, all delivery costs are covered by the buyer.

If the conditions listed above are not met, the item is not eligible for return or exchange. Such clothing will be sent back at the client’s expense.

Refunds are issued only after we receive the item. We will inspect it, and if it meets the return requirements, the funds will be refunded within 1–3 days.
